Mark joined Allington Hughes in 1993 and has been part of the management since 2002.
Mark is the Head of the Agricultural Department. Having strong links with the farming community he acts for a large number of Landowners and Tenants based in North and Mid Wales, Cheshire and beyond. He is a regular attendee at Property Auctions and at the Agricultural Shows across North Wales and Cheshire. He is a professional member of the National Farmers Union, the Country Land and Business Association and the Agricultural Law Association.
Mark deals with a variety of property and land transactions as well as providing general business advice and guidance. Having an established Client base and acting for all generations he is viewed by many as the “Family Solicitor” and the first point of contact.
Mark is renowned for public speaking and frequently provides talks for a variety of groups and organisations on a wide range of legal issues.
Mark is heavily involved with the Law Society of England & Wales representing, promoting and supporting the views of Solicitors at a national level. He regularly attends meetings in London and Cardiff. Mark is the Law Society Council Member for the constituency of Cheshire & North Wales and is the Chair of the Law Society Wales Committee. Married to a Farmer’s daughter, Mark likes to spend his time away from the office outdoors and enjoys going on family walks.
