Tracey joined the firm in 1988 upon leaving school, and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2005. Tracey is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives who are independently regulated by CILEx Regulation. She is also membership secretary of the Chester and North Wales branch of CILEx.
Tracey is part of the Civil Litigation department at Allington Hughes and specialises in all aspects of civil work having particular experience in Housing issues. She also carries out work on Family Law issues, with particular emphasis on domestic abuse or harassment cases.
Tracey is still available to deal with applications for Non Molestation Order for which legal aid funding is available subject to capital and means assessment and it is not always necessary to arrange an appointment. You can call in anytime for a confidential chat.
Being a former voluntary director of Women’s Aid, Tracey continues to make herself available to carry out urgent work in respect of issues involving domestic abuse.
