Caroline has worked as a family law locum for a number of years both in and around this area and further afield. She has over 19 years’ experience of representing clients in family cases ranging from negotiating all of the legal issues involved in the breakdown of a marriage, including divorce and financial matters involving numerous properties and assets. Caroline has experience in resolving financial issues for cohabiting couples who have decided to part and preparation of post nuptial agreements, together with advising clients in relation to children matters. This includes rushing into court to secure emergency orders, such as preventing children from being removed by an absence parent to injunction orders for those suffering from domestic violence or preventing the disposition of matrimonial finances by an unreasonable spouse.
Caroline is professional and friendly in her approach and experienced in sitting with clients and getting to the heart of the issues to enable her to assist clients to resolve problems as amicably and as swiftly as possible. Whenever this is not an option, she has the skills to achieve what is best for clients and the children of the family. Clients have returned to Caroline for further advice in the future and also recommended her to new clients and have consulted her for further advice.
