Holly Skelton


Holly is based in the family law department where she deals mainly with children and domestic abuse matters, both in relation to private and public law proceedings.

Holly qualified as a solicitor in March 2018 following completion of her training at a Shropshire law firm and joined Allington Hughes in June 2018. Prior to joining Allington Hughes, Holly worked as a conveyancing solicitor for a brief period of time. Holly graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a 1st Class Law Degree and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, achieving a Distinction. Whilst undertaking the academic stage of her training, Holly worked as a family paralegal for two years.

Holly is the Secretary and Law Society Liason Officer of the Cheshire & North Wales Junior Lawyer’s Division which represents the interests of those working within the legal profession up to five years post qualification.
