John Marshall


Originally from Wrexham, John then went to school in Darland, Rossett and Yale VI College. He then went on to study History at Manchester University before heading to the College of Law in Chester.

John trained as a solicitor in Manchester and qualified in 2001 before returning to local roots in the Chester and Wrexham area a few years later.

John has considerable experience in dealing with all aspects of Private Client matters, including handling large value estates and providing advice to high net worth clients, including dealing with international clients who require specialist advice. John has advised clients on issues concerning Probate, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Matters, Charity Law, Trusts and Taxation.

John also has a great deal of experience in hosting seminars and giving lectures on all aspects of his area of law. On several occasions he has been invited by solicitors from the Royal Mencap Society in London to give joint seminars to members of the public seeking financial solutions for the provision of long term care for mentally vulnerable dependents. He has also been a regular guest on a local community radio show dealing with questions concerning finances and the law.

John is an experienced speaker on all aspects of private client law, including talking to charities about specific issues which may be of interest to their members and trustees.

John will be based primarily in the Llanrwst office.
