Ceri Jones

Ceri is a Director and Head of our family law department. She specialises in matters involving children, particularly Child Protection Matters and complex Child Arrangements proceedings.

Ceri is a member of the Law Society’s Children panel and often represents children in public and private proceedings. Ceri also represents victims of domestic abuse, assisting to obtain protective orders as well as to represent their interests in Children Act Proceedings.

Ceri is extremely passionate about the work she does and prides herself in providing expert advice in an approachable, sensitive yet realistic manner.

Ceri qualified as a solicitor in September 2016 having studied at the University of Liverpool and at the University of Law Chester. Ceri worked at a Cheshire based firm before joining Allington Hughes in 2021. She was promoted to Associate Solicitor and Head of Department in Jan 2023.

Originally from Anglesey, Ceri is fluent in Welsh.
