Following the implementation of The Renters’ Rights Act 2025, we have created fixed fee packages to cover all landlord and tenant needs for properties in England.

Our charges carry VAT which is charged at the standard rate of 20%.

Reviewing or advising upon an existing residential tenancy agreement

We can check if your current agreement is adequate and advise on any necessary changes

– £400 plus £80 VAT
(Totalling £480 inc. VAT at 20%)

Drafting a new tenancy agreement

We are able to draft tenancy agreements tailored to your specific requirements

– £500 plus £100 VAT
(Totalling £600 inc. VAT at 20%)

Section 8 - Renters’ Rights Act 2025 Possession Claim

We offer fixed fee packages for landlords seeking possession of their properties, covering the preparation and service of notices, court documentation, possession proceedings and court attendance where required.

Preparation and service of a notice seeking possession only.

– £400 plus £80 VAT (Totalling £480 inc. VAT at 20%)

Preparation and service of a notice seeking possession, together with preparation of the relevant court documentation for possession proceedings and issuing the claim.

– £900 plus £180 VAT (Totalling £1,080 inc. VAT at 20%) If notice has already been served: £500 plus £100 VAT (Totalling £600 inc. VAT at 20%)

Preparation and service of a notice seeking possession, together with preparation of the relevant court documentation for possession proceedings, issuing the claim, drafting witness statement and one attendance at court (undefended claim).

– £1,600 plus £320 VAT (Totalling £1,920 inc. VAT at 20%) If notice has already been served: £1,200 plus £240 VAT (Totalling £1,440 inc. VAT at 20%)

– £3,000 plus £600 VAT (Totalling £3,600 inc. VAT at 20%) If notice has already been served: £2,600 plus £520 VAT (Totalling £3,120 inc. VAT at 20%)
