Julie predominantly deals with Residential Conveyancing and has an established client base, dealing with standard and complex matters including:-

Sale and Purchase transactions
Flying Freeholds
Residential Leases
Transfer of Equity
Mortgages (Re-Mortgage/Buy to Let/Self Build)

Julie joined Allington Hughes in 1991 as a trainee legal secretary in the Conveyancing department. Julie particularly enjoyed this area of law and in 1998 commenced a distance learning course through the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2000. Julie was promoted to Director in January 2016 and is head of our residential conveyancing department.
