Tracey Powell
Senior AssociateTracey is a Senior Associate within the Dispute Resolution Department.
Tracey deals with many areas of civil law, to include, boundary and property issues; breach of contract; landlord and tenant; debt recovery and she has extensive experience in housing law. Tracey has also assisted the Family Department previously with regard to private law children matters and domestic abuse.
Tracey regularly drafts Court papers, such as Particulars of Claim, defences and applications on behalf of Claimants and Defendants. She attends Court on a regular basis, to include application hearings through to Court of Appeal (see below).
Tracey qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) in 2005. Tracey is very involved with the local Branch of CILEx (Chester and North Wales). She was previously Treasurer of the Branch and is currently the Membership Secretary. To date, the Branch have held some excellent events from CPD activities to fund raising.
