Emma Jacobs

Emma is a Director and also Head of our Wills, Trusts and Probate department, having qualified as a solicitor in 2011.

Emma specialises in all areas of Private Client work, including;

• The preparation of Wills – this includes straightforward Wills to those dealing with complex issues such as the inclusion of trusts for asset protection or to protect children and inheritance tax planning.
• Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• The administration of estates including more complex ones involving trusts, worldwide assets and inheritance tax.
• Assistance with the creation of lifetime trusts, will trusts and trust administration generally.

Emma is an Associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having completed Advanced Certificates in Estate Administration and Trust Administration.

Emma graduated in Law from the University of Liverpool in 2008 before completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester.
