I feel that I have adapted and settled into the business well thanks to the staff at Allington Hughes who have made me feel very welcome from my first day in the office. I have been lucky to join a great team here who are experienced, friendly and ready to share their knowledge. I have had a varied clientele and I have really enjoyed this diversity.
What have you been most proud of during your time so far at Allington Hughes?
I am pleased that clients have been thankful for the service provided by myself during one of the most important periods of their lives. Many have taken the time to provide positive feedback and also recommending me to their families and friends.
Have you been working hybridly?
Whilst Allington Hughes promote hybrid working, I have been mostly office based due to my personal preference. The technology provided to Allington Hughes employees allows staff to work from home safely and flexibly whilst having the access to the support and facilities you would have at the office.
What are your hopes for the next 6 months at Allington Hughes?
I hope to continue to develop and grow within the department and business so I may contribute positively to the company and uphold their reputation of excellent client service.
