Alison Stace
Director of OperationsAlison is the Director of Operations at Allington Hughes Law. Alison was our Managing Director from 2016 – 2023.
Alison joined the firm in 2000, having qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 1996, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives who are independently regulated by CILEx Regulation. She was one of the first Legal Executives to become a Partner in a Solicitors’ firm when she joined the Partnership in May 2011, and is an active member of the local CILEX branch. Alison became a director upon incorporation in 2013 and Managing Director of the company in 2016.
Prior to this role, Alison was head of the Dispute Resolution team, having joined them in 2000 as a litigator. Alison remains a member of the team, offering the department years of experience in litigation work.
Alison obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Leadership in March 2018 from Cardiff Metropolitan University. This was following completion of a record of learning in Leadership and Managing Change, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Small business to include completion of a Strategic project.
