David Spalding

Consultant solicitor

David is a consultant solicitor in our conveyancing department. He qualified as a solicitor in 1976 and practised in Wrexham until his retirement from sole practice when he joined Allington Hughes in June 2010.

David deals with all property-related non-contentious matters for private and business clients. He has a particular interest in all aspects of commercial property transactions.
