Kainat Jones
Associate SolicitorKainat is a solicitor in our Wills, Trusts and Probate department.
Kainat qualified as a solicitor in 2021 having previously worked at a solicitors’ firm in Chester and in North Wales. Kainat graduated from Bangor University following which she completed the Legal Practice Course and Masters in Professional Legal Practice at The University of Law, Chester.
Kainat is a Full member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) having completed the diploma in 2026 with the following STEP Qualifications:
- STEP Diploma
- STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Estates – England and Wales
- STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Trusts – England and Wales
- STEP Advanced Certificate in Taxation of Trusts and Estates – England and Wales
- STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust and Estate Accounting – England and Wales
Kainat undertakes all aspects of private client work including:
- The preparation of all types of Wills
- Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Trusts
- Tax Planning
- The administration of estates including more complex ones involving, intestacies, inheritance tax and AR/BR relief.
Kainat is a fluent Welsh speaker and is happy conduct appointments and calls in Welsh or English.
