Karl Beckett

Karl qualified as a Solicitor in October 2003. Initially Karl had a mixed practice of Wills, probate and estates and family law. Since 2010, Karl has specialised in Private Client work and now deals with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and the administration of estates, deeds of variation and trusts.

Karl has been a full member of Step (the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners) since 2008, having completed the diploma in trusts and estates (England and Wales) the same year.

Karl is also a member of ACTAPS, having completed the Diploma with the University of Law in 2014 and the Law Society Private Client Section.

Karl originally joined Allington Hughes in September 2010, where he was made director in May 2014 until June 2023.

Karl was then a partner in another law firm until April and then rejoined Allington Hughes as a Consultant Solicitor in May 2025.
