Sarah Kennedy TEP
Senior AssociateSarah works in the Wills, Probate and Trusts department as a Senior Associate. She joined Allington Hughes in 2021 and has over 30 year’s experience in the industry. Sarah can assist with:
- The preparation of Wills ranging from relatively straightforward ones to more complex areas including trusts, guardianship appointments and inheritance tax planning.
- The preparation of, and advice relating to, Lasting Powers of Attorney for financial affairs and health and welfare.
- All aspects of the administration of estates including on intestacy, complex estates with inheritance tax and where assets have been left in trust. She can also assist where there is an agricultural or business element involved.
- Sarah has vast experience with trusts and can assist with the creation of lifetime trusts, will trusts and trust administration generally.
Sarah is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and is a member of the Cheshire branch. She is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx).
