Grisial undertakes all types of Children Act matters in our family department. She is a member of the Law Society’s Children Law specialist accreditation panel, which allows her to represent children within Court Proceedings. Grisial deals with issues concerning children upon parents’ separation, and specialises in child protection matters involving social services. She also deals with cases involving domestic abuse, abduction, forced marriage, abuse and adoption application. She can represent parents and extended family members, or children themselves via their appointed Guardian. Grisial also undertakes publicly funded work and can advise on eligibility for Legal Aid in such matters. She qualified as a solicitor in 2008.
Grisial joined Allington Hughes in 2006, and became a director in 2013. She is the director of human resources.
