Kainat Jones
Solicitor
Kainat is a solicitor in our Wills, Trusts and Probate department.
Kainat qualified as a solicitor in 2021 having previously worked at a solicitors’ firm in Chester and in North Wales. Kainat graduated from Bangor University following which she completed the Legal Practice Course and Masters in Professional Legal Practice at The University of Law, Chester.
Kainat is an Affiliate member of STEP and is currently undertaking the STEP Diploma to become a full member.
Kainat undertakes all aspects of private client work including:
- The preparation of all types of Wills
- Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Trusts
- Tax Planning
- The administration of estates including more complex ones involving, intestacies, inheritance tax.
Kainat is a fluent Welsh speaker.
