Lois Griffiths
Associate Solicitor
Lois is an Associate Solicitor in our property team and deals with all types of residential conveyancing, including:
- Sale and purchase transactions
- Transfer of equity
- Mortgages and re-mortgages
- Residential leases
Lois qualified as a solicitor in July 2020, following completion of her training contract at a North Wales firm. Prior to this, she studied Law at Aberystwyth University and then completed the Legal Practice Course and Masters in Professional Legal Practice at The University of Law, Chester. Lois has over three years’ experience in conveyancing and joined Allington Hughes in June 2021.
Being a fluent Welsh and English speaker, Lois is happy to take instructions through the medium of Welsh or English.
