Legal Executive

Sian started her career with a major utility company and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1996. Sian joins us from a team specialising in the property and land interests of utility providers dealing with its operational and commercial property assets.

She has since worked in Commercial Property services and specialises in the following:

Operational property acquisitions and disposals: electricity/gas/telecommunications
Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant transactions and advice
Health check advice and support for in-house legal and property development procedures
Easements
Property Projects
