The preparation of Wills, from straightforward Wills to those dealing with more complex matters such as Inheritance Tax planning and the inclusion of trusts.
The administration of estates, including more complex estates where Inheritance Tax is payable, those involving trusts, business or agricultural assets, or assets in foreign jurisdictions.
The Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and related advice.
Stuart has specialised in these areas of work since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015. He worked at Allington Hughes from 2016 until 2023 before returning to the firm in February 2026.
Stuart holds STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Advanced Certificates in the administration of estates, the administration of trusts, and will preparation.
