Ian Lewis

Ian joined Allington Hughes as a director in 2013. After qualifying and an initial period in mid Wales, Ian spent some three years with a local authority in North Wales, principally concerned with its enterprise zone. For the rest of his career, he has been in private practice in north Wales.

Ian is highly experienced and specialises in many property matters. As a farmer’s son, he has an interest in agricultural property. He also has a following amongst property developers due to his high level of expertise in residential and commercial property work. Ian has over 30 years experience of handling Property and other related matters.

Ian graduated in law from Aberystwyth University in 1981. He then undertook his professional exams in Christleton, Chester. After his training in mid Wales he qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and thereafter began developing his expertise in Property Law.
