We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ postqualification experience to join our growing Court of Protection team. This full-time position is based at our Wrexham office, situated in the vibrant and revitalised heart of the city, with hybrid working options available.

About the Role

You will handle a broad range of Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications, management of property and financial affairs, statutory wills, and advising clients and their families on issues relating to mental capacity. You will take on a varied caseload with minimal supervision, working closely with colleagues and external professionals to deliver an outstanding service to vulnerable clients.

What we are looking for?

We are seeking a Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE and proven experience in Court of Protection work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A strong technical background in Court of Protection matters
  • Excellent client care skills, with the ability to deal sensitively with vulnerable clients and their families
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • The ability to work independently, while also being a supportive member of the wider team
