Fee Earner – Commercial Property

You will be responsible for a high quality, complex and varied caseload including:

• Easements and Wayleaves
• Option agreements and leases
• Sale of land with development potential (overage provisions)
• Experience in agricultural property work and/or property development work would be beneficial (although not essential)

You will be acting for a diverse range of clients including landowners, developers and funders, many of whom are loyal and long-standing clients of the firm where you will actively contribute to the continued success of our firm.

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate for this role will have an in-depth understanding of commercial property work and a passion to develop their career in this field. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with clients are vital traits for this role alongside an exceptionally high level of integrity and professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
