Samantha Martin

Samantha is a solicitor in our Wills, Trusts and Probate department.

Samantha graduated from the University of Manchester with a 2:1 LLB Law degree in 2018. Following her graduation, Samantha worked as a legal advisor in Warrington. Samantha then went on to obtain a distinction in the Legal Practice Course and Masters at The University of Law, Chester. Samantha qualified as a solicitor in 2022 and has since worked in firms in Chester and North Wales.

Samantha undertakes all aspects of private client work including:

The preparation of all types of Wills
Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
Tax Planning
The administration of estates
